Hang gliding gives a sense of freedom to a person with the wind on your face and not cramped in a cockpit secured from the outside environment. Hang gliding requires a special skill to maneuver that contraption on your back that helps to keep you alive by allowing you to float in the air.

The surgery was already finished in the right hand of Paul Hamm, this was done to repair the broken bones and will now undergo a therapy. The accident happened during his parallel bars routine at the U.S gymnastics championships.
His doctor, Lawrence Lubbers, inserted a thin plate and nine screws to repair the fourth metacarpal. During his surgery at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Hamm was not even put under general anesthesia and dismissed the same day.
Hamm is hopeful that in five weeks he can go back on gymnastics equipment and get ready for Beijing Olympics. But he will have to petition for a spot on the Beijing team since he will miss the next month’s Olympic trials in Philadelphia, but if he’s healthy the USA Gymnastics is sure to accept his petition.

This was a second straight win for Kasey Khane, beating Tony Stewart and earned him a Lowe’s Motor Speedway last Sunday night. Just eight days ago, he also won the All-Star race. Having no momentum before the series in Charlotte, he led just five laps all season heading into Sunday’s race.
Voted in the All-Star race by fans, he pushed his luck on the final pit stop and won the $1 million prize. Promised to bring the momentum in the race, which he successfully did with a strong run.
On the other hand, Stewart was sent into the pits due to a flat tire just three laps to go. It was his second near-miss in one of NASCAR’s crown jewel events for this year.
Joining the ranks of Davey Allison, Dale Earnhardt, Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson and Darrell Waltrip, Kahne is the sixth driver to win the All-Star race and the 600 in just eight days racing.
